Short Biography

I am a Senior Lecturer at the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at The University of Queensland (UQ). I joined UQ as an Advance QLD Industry Research Fellow in 2017 and became a T&R Academic in 2021.

My previous employments include Research Scientist at the SUTD-MIT International Design Centre (IDC) under Prof. Kristin L. Wood (March 2015 - July 2017); Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Engineering Product Development Pillar of SUTD under Prof. Chau Yuen (September 2013 - February 2015); Visiting Researcher at NICTA under Prof. Sylvie Thiébaux (From January 2013 - June 2013); Visiting Student Research Collaborator at the School of Electrical Engineering of Princeton University under Prof. H. Vincent Poor and Prof. Walid saad (Summer 2011); and Lecturer at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of Presidency University, Dhaka, Bangladesh (June 2007 - April 2009).

I received my B.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 2007, and my PhD degree in Engineering from The Australian National University (ANU) in 2013. I am a senior member of IEEE.
